SHERIDAN, WYOMING – November 15, 2024 – Stellantis, a leading global automaker, is expanding its employee share purchase program, "Shares to Win," to nearly its entire workforce, encompassing over 230,000 employees in 18 countries.

Building on Initial Success

This second wave of the program builds upon the success of the initial launch in France and Italy in late 2023, which saw a 22% employee participation rate and 4.4 million shares subscribed.

Empowering Employees Through Ownership

"Shares to Win" offers Stellantis employees the opportunity to become company shareholders on preferential terms, including a 20% discount on the share price and a 100% matching contribution of up to €1,000 (or US$1,000 in the U.S.).

"We believe that when our colleagues, who work to build the business become shareholders, both our employees and the business thrive," said Xavier Chéreau, Stellantis Chief HR & Transformation Officer. "Our share purchase program helps employees build a greater sense of ownership and belonging and demonstrates Stellantis' commitment to sharing its performance with employees."

Increasing Employee Shareholding

Currently, employees hold 1.8% of Stellantis' capital. The company aims to increase this to 5% in the coming years through this incentive program.

Sharing Company Performance

Since its formation in early 2021, Stellantis has been committed to involving its employees in the company's performance. This share purchase program is a key part of the "Care" pillar outlined in the company's Dare Forward 2030 plan.
