ISM and ProSweets Cologne taking off in 2022

Exhibitors and industry sponsors are showing great commitment ISM and the co-located supplier fair ProSweets Cologne are under starter's orders and will open their doors on 30 January 2022. A few weeks before the opening of the fair, with current registration figures of around 1,200 exhibitors from over 60 countries, the leading trade fair for sweets and snacks is looking optimistically ahead to the upcoming 2022 event. With around 230 exhibitors, ProSweets Cologne also boasts a very good booking situation. In total, the trade fair duo will cover exhibition space spanning 139,000 square metres.

ISM & ProSweets @home is opening up new opportunities for both exhibitors and visitors After a successful Anuga, the leading global trade fair for food and beverages, the motto for the trade fair duo, ISM and ProSweets Cologne, is now also "Always on": In the scope of the new digital platform, ISM & ProSweets @home, Koelnmesse is ensuring that all relevant players of both industries can not only network at the fair grounds, but also digitally and remain up-to-date on current themes. The exhibitors will benefit from the chance to access new target groups and present their solutions to an even broader public. The visitors can go live any time or call up content precisely then when they have the time. In addition, the digital components also offer those people, who cannot participate on-site, a new form of participation without missing out on the trade fair altogether. The platform is available to the exhibitors and visitors from 01.-02.02.2022. The physical trade fair already commences on 31.01.2022.

ISM 2021 elects top innovations of the New Product Showcase

The winners are Confiserie Burg Lauenstein from Germany, Selectum from Austria and Francois Doucet from France The New Product Showcase has been the central platform for the industry's new products since 2009 and has established itself as an appealing attraction for all decision-makers at ISM. Normally, the largest trade fair for sweets and snacks in the world presents the new products to the visitors in a high-calibre special exhibition during the trade fair. This year, ISM opted for a digital edition of the New Product Showcase due to the cancellation of the trade fair.
