Biscuiterie de Provence reinvents the aperitif with its croquets born from a local approach!

St Maurice / Eygues, March 29th 2021 - All the sunny flavors of Provence are there: Pistou,Tomatoes from Provence, Olives from Nyons AOP organic, Picodon AOP organic (a goat cheese from Drôme), Garlic from Drôme PGI organic but also an exclusive creation signed in partnership with Maison Boutarin: organic black garlic! It is the guideline of the Biscuiterie de Provence to offer recipes with good local ingredients for the love of its beautiful and rich terroir.
