The organic cider was already created in 2012 from the cider tradition of the Kelterei Heil.
With a relatively low alcohol content (sweet 2.8% and dry 4.5%), the organic cider is a light alternative in the field of alcoholic beverages.
Bio Cidre is available in two other variants as
Bio Cidre Rosé - fruity dry, refined with currant juice,
Bio Cidre Gold - some pear juice provides the mild and soft taste.
