BALI, Indonesia – November 01, 2026 -- Infinix has opened its first global Flagship Concept Store in Bali, pairing its phones and gadgets with an in-house coffee brand and a robotic-arm installation. The store opened on October 31 and is the first of its format within parent company Transsion Holdings' brand portfolio.
The store is built around a "1+2+X" formula
The design is futuristic, with reflective metallic surfaces and digital visuals. A robotic-arm installation anchors the space. The layout follows Infinix's "1+2+X" retail concept: one comprehensive technology experience, two signature experience elements, and an evolving range of creative activities and collaborations.
Visitors can try the NOTE 60, HOT 70 and GT 50 Pro
The smartphone lineup includes the NOTE 60 and HOT 70 series and the GT 50 Pro. Beyond phones, the store shows off the ZCLIP 2 Pro clip-on earbuds, SPACE Max wireless headphones and XEnergy portable power stations, so shoppers can test the products in person.
Infinix's own coffee brand n_x pours at the heart of the store
The two lifestyle elements are n_x, a locally developed Infinix coffee brand, and the robotic-arm installation. The coffee bar is pitched as a place to slow down and recharge, whether visitors come with friends or alone. The "X" in the formula covers gaming, music, sports, creative partnerships, interactive content and community-driven activities.
Infinix plans to rotate collaborations over time
Infinix says it hopes to work with artists, musicians and other creative talents on original content and experiences. Visitors can also take part through shared experiences, content creation and feedback. The store is designed to add new collaborations, creative displays and lifestyle activities after opening.
Five more Indonesian flagships are planned this year
Infinix plans to open five additional flagship stores across Indonesia this year and is exploring similar concept-led stores in other markets. Future locations will not copy the Bali format. They will be adapted to local cultures, consumer preferences and lifestyles.
