New York – October 21, 2026 -- Jos. A. Bank has opened a new 4,442-square-foot store at Northborough Crossing in Northborough, Massachusetts, and shoppers can visit at 8116 Shops Way, Northborough, MA 01532. The menswear retailer is returning to the area with its reimagined store concept.
The store is the second to use the new layout
The Northborough location follows the first redesigned Jos. A. Bank store, which opened in Peachtree City, Georgia, last week. It sits near the intersection of Routes 9 and 20 and serves shoppers from surrounding communities.
The redesign puts product and personal service first. Merchandising is more intentional, sightlines are clearer, and styled displays are meant to help customers browse the assortment and find versatile wardrobe options. Consultants are on hand to help with fit.
Karla Gray, Chief Operating Officer of Tailored Brands, said the goal is to pair the quality and personal service customers know with a store that makes shopping easier and more enjoyable.
Grand opening events run October 30 and 31
The celebration begins Friday, October 30, at 10:00 a.m. Representatives from Tailored Brands' nonprofit partners will join local leaders and store staff. Those partners are Fisher House Foundation, K9s For Warriors, Semper Fi & America's Fund, and Soldiers' Angels.
On Saturday, October 31, radio station WZLX-FM will broadcast live from the store from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event includes music, games, prizes and Jos. A. Bank gift card giveaways.
The store is open seven days a week
Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
