Los Angeles – October 13, 2026 -- Kids' tech brand myFirst has launched three new devices under the banner "The Magic Begins": the Insta magiCam thermal-print camera, the Insta magiBox creative printer and CareSip, a fingerprint-lock water bottle that can hold hot drinks back until a parent approves.
Insta magiCam prints what kids photograph
The camera has built-in thermal printing, so children can hold, color, decorate and share their pictures off-screen. Snap and Discover lets kids explore a photographed object through different perspectives, from science to storytelling and humour. Snap and Ask handles follow-up questions, turning "What's that?" into a chain of discovery.
Magic Styles lets children reimagine their photos, while Voice-to-Image turns spoken ideas into creations.
Insta magiBox turns spoken ideas into illustrated stories
Insta magiBox is aimed at children who imagine characters and adventures before they can write or draw them. Voice-to-Image produces illustrations in different art styles. Voice-to-Story creates connected four-scene illustrated stories. Printing is ink-free and thermal, so kids can color and decorate the results.
CareSip locks the whole lid with a fingerprint
The bottle's fingerprint-controlled lock secures the entire lid and allows access for up to 20 approved users. When a drink reaches 133°F or above, CareSip can stay locked until a parent approves access. Parents manage access through the myFirst Circle app.
Four existing devices round out the lineup
The launch also expands myFirst's portfolio for different stages of childhood:
- Fone M2: a 4G smartwatch with parent-approved communication, location tracking, SOS and Class Mode.
- Watch F1: tracks physical activity, heart rate and sleep, with parent visibility through the app. It is lightweight, has long battery life and is rated IP68 water resistant.
- Camera Play and Camera Play Plus: combine photography, Full HD video, music, stories, drawing and play in an ad-free, enclosed environment without access to the wider internet.
- ViewTalkie: adds video to the walkie-talkie, so children can see and talk to each other during nearby play without a smartphone.
