Armenian Luxury Brandy House Debuts in US at Pre-Emmys Gifting Lounge

Los Angeles – September 16, 2026 -- Jardins d'Arménie, a family-owned Armenian brandy house, has been selected to join an exclusive Pre-Emmys Celebrity Gifting Lounge in Los Angeles running September 11-12, 2026, marking its official launch into the United States market.

The invitation places the brand among a curated selection of products presented to Emmy nominees, presenters and other VIP guests ahead of the awards ceremony. Armen Pogossian, co-owner of Jardins d'Arménie, said the occasion gives the brand a chance to share its heritage and craftsmanship with a new audience as it enters the U.S. market.

Royal Brandy made its global debut in Monaco in 2025

Jardins d'Arménie first introduced its ultra-premium Royal Brandy at a gala at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo in September 2025, an event attended by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. In 2026, the brand expanded its international presence with an event during Paris Fashion Week and a role as Crystal Partner of the 65th Monte-Carlo Television Festival.

The brandy is aged 35 years using a three-stage process

Royal Brandy is produced from indigenous Armenian grapes, primarily the Voskehat variety, grown in Aragatsotn, Vayots Dzor and Armavir, regions that see more than 300 days of sunshine and volcanic soils. The spirit is aged in oak, then apricot wood, then returned to oak before bottling, and every batch uses spirits aged 35 years or older. Bottles feature a patent-pending hermetic cap designed to preserve aroma, along with signature degustation cups for tasting.

Emmy attendees can request private tastings of the brandy

Beyond the gifting lounge, Emmy nominees and presenters will have the option to host private tastings for themselves and guests, offering a closer introduction to the brandy's history and character.

The U.S. ranks as the world's No. 2 market for luxury spirits

According to IWSR, the United States is the second-largest global market for status spirits, defined as bottles with a global weighted average retail price of $100 or more. Jardins d'Arménie's Royal Brandy traces its production roots to the Areni-1 archaeological site in Vayots Dzor, where UCLA researchers identified what is described as the oldest known complete wine-production facility, dating to roughly 4100 B.C.
