Bellagio Fountain Club Lands José Andrés, David Chang for F1 Vegas GP

Las Vegas – September 07, 2026 -- MGM Resorts International has unveiled the culinary lineup for Bellagio Fountain Club during the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix 2026, running Nov. 19-21, with tickets available through Ticketmaster.

Star chefs headline race-weekend dining

The roster includes José Andrés, David Chang, Mario Carbone, Masaharu Morimoto, Michael Mina, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and brothers Michael and Bryan Voltaggio. They're joined by television talent Maneet Chauhan (two-time "Tournament of Champions" winner), Rhoda Magbitang ("Top Chef" 2026 champion), and Britt Rescigno ("Chopped" and "Beat Bobby Flay" winner).

Also cooking: Executive Chef Eleazar Villanueva of Joël Robuchon, a two-Michelin-star restaurant at MGM Grand Las Vegas, and San Francisco's David Nayfeld of Che Fico, a World's 50 Best Discovery recipient.

Global bars and restaurants add international flavor

Japan's Yoroniku restaurant and Adept Hospitality's Sushi Bar will bring omakase service, while bartender Shingo Gokan -- owner of Speak Low and Sober Company in Shanghai, Gokan in Hong Kong, and Sangai in Tokyo -- leads the beverage program alongside NYC's Schmuck, a World's 50 Best Discovery cocktail bar.

Additional venues include The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, ARIA's Gymkhana, The Cosmopolitan's Zuma, and The Corner Store, one of the city's most anticipated fall restaurant openings from Catch Hospitality Group.

Tickets have sold out three years running

Bellagio Fountain Club overlooks the fastest stretch of the Las Vegas Strip Circuit, where F1 cars exceed 215 mph. The venue has sold out for three consecutive years, according to MGM Resorts. Chefs will personally staff dedicated culinary stations throughout the weekend, serving signature dishes as cars race past the Fountains of Bellagio.

MGM Resorts Chief Content, Development and Hospitality Officer Ari Kastrati said the event merges elite culinary and beverage talent with one of the world's biggest sporting spectacles.
