Ontario, Calif. – October 15, 2026 -- Travelers passing through Ontario International Airport (ONT) can now order a breakfast-inspired Brekki Burger or Steak Frites with chimichurri and truffle fries at Tap & Pour in Terminal 2, while the airport's two Aspire Lounges serve three cocktails marking a decade of local control.
Tap & Pour debuts two new headliners
The Brekki Burger stacks a premium beef patty with American cheese, bacon, a fried egg, lettuce and sriracha ketchup. The Steak Frites pairs flank steak with chimichurri and truffle fries. Both dishes close out a round of menu updates at ONT restaurants managed by SSP America.
SSP's local team shaped the menus
The refresh followed months of collaboration among SSP's local team, culinary specialists and airport staff, according to Tony Corona, SSP America's director of operations at ONT. Employees contributed ideas, regional chefs lent support, and staff completed several weeks of training before launch.
Preparation happens on site. "We prepare our food right here, from cutting the steaks to making the chimichurri fresh," Corona said.
More dishes span breakfast, tacos and vegetarian options
Across SSP's updated menus, travelers will find:
- Hot Honey, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Bagel
- Grilled Chicken & Avocado Sandwich
- Carne Asada and Blackened Chicken Tacos
- Totchos Tots topped with queso, pico de gallo, bacon, sour cream and scallions
- Black Bean Elote Burger
- Spicy Black Bean & Avocado Salad
- Vegetable Spring Rolls
- Avocado Toast with Egg
Offerings vary by restaurant.
Aspire Lounges pour three anniversary cocktails through November
The lounges, one in each terminal, are serving drinks tied to ONT's upcoming 10th anniversary of local control:
- ONTo Bluer Skies: rum, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, lime juice and simple syrup
- Decade in Bloom: citrus vodka, peach schnapps, pink lemonade and grenadine
- Purple Reign of Local Control: vodka, blue curaçao, grenadine and lemonade
The cocktails run through November as part of the airport's year-long anniversary celebration. Penn Jones, Sr. Manager of Tenant Relations for ONT, said the updates are meant to give travelers more choices, whether they are sitting down for a meal, grabbing something before boarding or unwinding in a lounge.
