NEW YORK – October 28, 2026 -- On November 6, a free pop-up on the Lower East Side will let guests build their own savory martini at a self-serve machine, and pair it with Dave's Hot Chicken. Cîroc is behind the Martini Machini, which it describes as a first-of-its-kind interactive martini-mixing machine.
The Martini Machini lets drinkers dial in brine, garnish and flair
Guests customize their martini by choosing their preferred ratio of brine, garnish and flair. The machine is built around Cîroc's new signature serve, the Messy Martini, a trademarked, layered twist on the classic dirty martini.
The Messy Martini combines Cîroc Vodka with pickle and banana pepper brine.
Tenders & 'Tinis runs November 6 from 4 to 10 p.m. at 48 Ludlow St
Cîroc and Dave's Hot Chicken are hosting the pop-up, called Tender's & 'Tinis, with the Martini Machini at its center. Guests can customize a Messy Martini made with a bespoke Dave's Hot Chicken brine.
Anyone who RSVPs for free receives a Cîroc martini made by the Martini Machini and a Dave's Hot Chicken meal item. Exclusive co-branded merchandise will also be part of the event.
Uber Eats orders from November 1 may include Filthy cocktail mix
For home drinkers, Cîroc has teamed up with Filthy Foods, a premium cocktail garnish brand known for its olives and brine. Beginning November 1, consumers in select cities who order a 750ml bottle of Cîroc through Uber Eats may receive Filthy's signature cocktail mix with their delivery.
The collaboration will also reach retail nationwide, with complimentary Filthy neckers on Cîroc bottles in select markets.
"The Martini Machini is about giving people permission to play with the martini and make it their own," said Nick Tran, President & CMO of Cîroc.
