Los Angeles – October 06, 2026 -- Don Francisco's Coffee has rolled out its 2026 Holiday Collection, featuring two limited-time flavors: Maple Pecan and Holiday Blend.
Starting in October, both coffees are available at donfranciscos.com and select grocery retailers in 12-ounce ground coffee bags and 12-count single-serve pods compatible with Keurig brewers. Amazon shoppers can also find the coffees in larger 20-ounce bags and 24-count pod packs, though availability and formats may vary by retailer.
Both blends use 100% Arabica beans for a seasonal flavor profile.
Maple Pecan is a medium roast combining sweet maple, toasted pecans, and caramel undertones. Holiday Blend is a medium-dark roast with a nutty aroma, creamy chocolate notes, and a caramelized finish.
Lisette Gaviña Lopez says small gestures make the season memorable.
"The moments we cherish most often begin with the small, thoughtful things we do for one another," said Lopez, a fourth-generation coffee roaster at Gaviña Coffee Company. She added that a welcoming cup of coffee or a handmade touch can turn an everyday moment into something special.
The brand released two holiday recipes to showcase the new flavors.
The Salted Maple Pecan Coffee recipe blends brewed Maple Pecan coffee with whole milk, maple syrup, and a salted maple foam topped with toasted pecans, serving two in about 10 minutes. The Little Lebowski, a coffee cocktail intended for adults 21 and older, combines French-pressed Holiday Blend with vodka, coffee liqueur, and half-and-half, finished with grated nutmeg.
Both recipes are posted on donfranciscos.com alongside other seasonal drink ideas. Consumers can also recycle Don Francisco's Coffee packaging and pods for free through TerraCycle.
