Second place wins $50,000 and every finalist gets at least $10,000
First place takes home $100,000 and second place receives $50,000. All finalists receive a minimum of $10,000.
A family idea from 2013 now spans 50,000 employees
The Murrell family started the games in 2013 to reward hardworking store crew members. The competition has since grown into a global phenomenon among the chain's 50,000 employees, who are judged on speed, skill and accuracy.
Any crew member, manager or General Manager can enter. Many train year-round for the store, regional and semifinal rounds that lead to the $100,000 grand prize. The games are held every two years.
