On December 3 at 7:00 PM, Providence -- helmed by Executive Chef and proprietor Michael Cimarusti, winner of the 2019 James Beard Award for Best Chef: West -- hosts a single table of eight for an eight-course, eight-wine dinner built around Sine Qua Non, founded by Manfred and Elaine Krankl, alongside Jean-Louis Chave's 1990 Hermitage Rouge and 2011 Blanc and sweet wines from Austria's Alois Kracher.
