This marks the chain's expansion into Ohio
Osmow's Mediterranean operates 250 locations across North America and is owned and operated locally in Cleveland by quick-serve restaurateurs. The brand, founded in 2001, has also expanded into Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and Texas.
CEO Ben Osmow said Cleveland's food culture made the city a natural fit for the brand's energy.

Beyond the ON THE ROX® bowls, the Cleveland location will serve Shawarma ON THE STIX® over crispy fries, Shawarma Poutine, and WrapBoxes designed for quick lunches or late-night orders. The restaurant also offers catering for group events.
