Southern Land Company Opens First Full-Service Restaurant, Lupo Notte, in Nashville

Nashville – – September 24, 2026 -- Southern Land Company opened Lupo Notte, its first full-service restaurant, on September 16 at Vertis Green Hills, the company's flagship mixed-use community and headquarters at 2035 Richard Jones Road in Nashville.

The menu centers on upscale Italian dishes made with local ingredients

Lupo Notte serves house-made pasta, 12-inch Neapolitan-style pizzas with 48-hour fermented dough, and shareable plates such as Lupo Meatballs made with ground wagyu beef, Italian sausage, and veal. Main courses include snapper in tomato broth and sweet corn-filled Agnolotti, alongside a beverage program featuring Italian-inspired cocktails and a wine list weighted toward Italian varietals.

Chef Owen Lane leads a kitchen team with nearly 30 years of hospitality experience

Lane, a Tennessee native who grew up on a family farm in Leipers Fork, previously served as Executive Sous Chef at Pastis and worked at Audrey and June and The Boardroom in Franklin. The restaurant's menu was developed with Southern Land executives Alex Cauchon and Paul Sale, along with Westhaven Golf Club's Executive Chef Manlio Melloni. David Rehrmann, whose career includes A Voce in New York City and Modern Italian and Zuzu in Nashville, serves as General Manager.

The 3,100-square-foot space seats 130 guests including outdoor patios

Designed by Southern Land Company's in-house team with Nashville firm HASTINGS Architecture, the restaurant holds roughly 110 indoor seats plus 20 across two outdoor patios. Guests enter through a glass-walled conservatory bar anchored by a custom mural before reaching an eight-seat Chef's Counter overlooking the open kitchen, which leads into the main dining room and patio.

Dinner service runs nightly with lunch planned for later this fall

Lupo Notte is open for dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Lunch service and online ordering are expected to launch later this fall.
