SPAM Brand Becomes U.S. Bank Stadium's Official Dog for Vikings' 2026-27 Season

Austin, Minn. – September 15, 2026 -- Minnesota Vikings fans will find a new stadium staple this season: the SPAM® Dog, now the official hot dog of U.S. Bank Stadium for 2026-27 under a new partnership between the SPAM® brand and the Vikings.

The SKOL Crusher headlines a rotating menu of Vikings-themed hot dogs.

The signature item, called the SKOL Crusher, is a SPAM® Dog topped with hot honey mustard, purple slaw and crispy potato sticks. It kicks off a season-long lineup that will include a Hawaiian-inspired version and limited-time creations tied to visiting teams each week.

"Football and food have always gone hand in hand, and we're excited to bring the SPAM® Dog to one of the most passionate fan bases in the NFL," said Haley Eggum, brand manager for the SPAM® brand.

A pregame tailgate activation opens outside the stadium starting Oct. 4.

Beyond the concession stands, fans can visit the SPAM® Tailgate in The Commons before every home game, starting Oct. 4. The setup includes SPAM® Dog samples, prizes and tailgate games ahead of kickoff.

J.P. Paul, vice president of stadium operations for the Vikings, said partnering with a fellow Minnesota brand helps make the fan experience distinctly local, from the in-stadium menu to the pregame activation.

Fans can find the SPAM® Dog at Section 341 and other stadium locations.

The SKOL Crusher and the rotating specialty creations will be sold at Section 341 and additional concession points throughout U.S. Bank Stadium during Vikings home games this season.
