Albert Menès, embarked as moss of the navy in the 1900s and after a world tour of 9 years, he still had in the nose perfumes of spices and palates of tastes from elsewhere. Freed from ready-made ideas about gastronomy, rich of new experiences. In 1921, this discoverer of flavors founded the Albert Menes House and imported rare groceries from all over the world.

Since then, the company became the House of specially crafted and selected Fine Food. Albert Ménès proposes not only Spices but also Jams and various fine foods products of French culinary recipes, a range of more than 350 gourmet products emblematic of the French Gastronomy and worldwide specialties.

Authentic and delightful recipes, prepared from high quality ingredients, each one carefully selected, following traditional methods.
