Urban Gastronomy Lounge by #asktoni: A Culinary Hub

Returning for another year, the urban gastronomy Lounge by #asktoni is the go-to space for restaurateurs, whether they are industry newcomers or seasoned professionals. This year’s focus is on Food & Wine Pairing, with four engaging workshops per day led by Toni Askitis (#asktoni), a renowned expert in the field. In these sessions, participants will learn how wine and food can be blended into unforgettable taste experiences in a fun and engaging setting.

New Live-Cooking Concept with Top Chefs

For the first time, the urban gastronomy Lounge will be presented in collaboration with METRO, a global leader in food wholesale. This new concept, developed jointly with METRO, brings a fresh dynamic to live cooking demonstrations. Leading chefs Björn Freitag, Alina Meissner-Bebrout, and Bobby Bräuer will prepare unique dishes on different days of ProWein. Pairing these culinary creations with the perfect wines will be Toni Askitis, who was recently named Best Sommelier of 2024 by Rolling Pin magazine.

The best part? No registration is required for the individual workshops, allowing visitors to freely experience the sessions at their convenience.
