Host Toni Askitis (#asktoni), a renowned sommelier (named the best of 2024 by Rolling Pin magazine), will lead four engaging workshops daily, demonstrating how to create unforgettable taste experiences by expertly pairing food and wine.

A New Live-Cooking Experience with Top Chefs

In an exciting new development, the urban gastronomy Lounge will be presented in partnership with METRO, the international food wholesaler. This collaboration brings a unique live-cooking concept to ProWein. Renowned chefs Björn Freitag, Alina Meissner-Bebrout, and Bobby Bräuer will each prepare exciting dishes live on-site on different days of the fair. Toni Askitis will provide the perfect wine pairings, creating a dynamic and interactive culinary showcase. No registration is needed for these workshops.
