New York – September 13, 2026 -- Elysium Health has opened The Elysium Longevity Institute (TELI), a physician-led longevity medicine program now available to eligible patients across the United States.
Eighteen protocols combine prescription drugs, peptides and supplements
At launch, TELI offers 18 longevity-focused protocols delivered in oral, intranasal and injectable forms, including prescription medications, peptides, supplements and vitamins. Patients begin with a comprehensive medical intake, after which licensed providers build individualized treatment plans based on medical history, lifestyle and health goals. Protocols are adjusted over time as a patient's health or objectives change, with ongoing clinical support built into the program.
A former UnitedHealth executive leads clinical strategy
The Institute is led by Chief Medical Officer Omar Baker, M.D., F.A.A.P., who brings nearly 15 years of clinical and healthcare leadership experience, most recently as Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Medical Officer at UnitedHealth Group. He works alongside Elysium co-founder and Chief Scientist Leonard Guarente, Ph.D., who is also a Novartis Professor of Biology at MIT. "Responsible longevity medicine isn't defined by access to a particular therapy," Baker said. "It's defined by thoughtful clinical judgment, individualized care, and rigorous quality standards."
Elysium has backed more than 20 clinical trials since 2015
Elysium Health launched in 2015 with a mission to bring aging research out of the lab and into consumer products. Since then, the company says it has supported more than 20 clinical trials. Co-founder and CEO Eric Marcotulli said the Institute reflects the same standard of scientific rigor the company has applied for more than a decade, adding that Elysium's responsibility is to evaluate new advances rigorously and deliver them responsibly rather than simply make them available.
Access starts with an online medical intake
Eligible patients in the U.S. can complete a comprehensive medical intake and begin personalized, physician-led longevity care through elysiumhealthrx.com. Elysium says it plans to expand TELI's clinical offerings as new therapies become available, evaluating each addition with the same standards applied since the company's founding.
