Folura Hair Softgel Brings 160 mg Saw Palmetto to Amazon

Austin – October 14, 2026 -- Triquetra Health has launched Folura, a once-daily hair softgel for men and women with thinning hair, now sold on Amazon and at triquetrahealth.com. Each softgel contains 160 mg of Serevelle saw palmetto extract, the dose used in the trial the company cites.

Folura targets the follicle instead of the visible strand

Triquetra says most hair supplements rely on biotin, collagen and long vitamin lists aimed at hair already on the head. Its argument is that thinning starts deeper, at the follicle, where a shift in hormonal activity gradually shortens the growth cycle and produces finer hair that sheds sooner. Folura is built around a single active ingredient rather than a blend.

Each softgel delivers 105 mg of the ActiLipid4Hair complex

Serevelle is a concentrated saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) extract standardized to its bioactive free fatty acids. At 160 mg per softgel, it provides 105 mg of the ActiLipid4Hair complex, which the company says matches the amount used in the published trial. The company says it supports healthy DHT balance at the follicle and the active growth phase of the hair cycle.

Each softgel also contains 232 mg of cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil, which serves as a companion botanical and the oil base. A mixed-tocopherol and rosemary antioxidant system keeps the oils stable across shelf life. Both key ingredients are listed on the label, with no proprietary blend.

A six-month trial of the extract showed a density gain over placebo

In a six-month randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, participants taking the active gained roughly 25 hairs in total hair density. The placebo group's counts fell by about 12. The company reports this as 306% greater total hair density versus placebo (p0.001; Ablon 2026, Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology). The trial enrolled men and women equally. Benefits were roughly 40% larger at day 180 than at day 90, and no treatment-related adverse events were reported.

The company says many people notice less hair in the brush within the first weeks, with fuller-looking hair building over three to six months.

The evidence comes from one small, supplier-sponsored study

The trial involved 60 participants and had a single principal investigator. It was supplier-sponsored and published in two stages, in 2025 and 2026. Folura itself was not trialed, and the figures reflect the Serevelle ingredient at the 160 mg dose. Individual results may vary.

Founder Sean Gill said the company put Serevelle in the bottle at the amount the researchers used, and that the Supplement Facts panel is the pitch.

Folura is made in a GMP-certified facility

The softgel is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility on a USP-verified Serevelle extract platform. Third-party testing covers purity, potency and heavy metals. The dose is one softgel a day with a meal.
