From November 11-14 at Messe Düsseldorf, 17 leading Taiwanese companies will unveil 28 groundbreaking products, positioning Taiwan at the forefront of global healthcare innovation. The event will kick off with a press conference titled "AI-Powered Surgeons: The Best Made in Taiwan" on November 11, spotlighting AI-assisted surgical systems, smart medical devices, and next-generation diagnostic tools that promise to redefine patient care and surgical precision.

Taiwan's Rise as a Global MedTech Powerhouse

This year, over 300 Taiwanese companies are participating in MEDICA to showcase their latest innovations. Leveraging the island's thriving technology ecosystem, vast datasets from its advanced healthcare infrastructure, and strong policy support, Taiwan is rapidly emerging as a key player in the global medical sector, particularly in precision medicine.

AI-Powered Surgical Systems Take Center Stage

The press conference will showcase four pioneering Taiwanese companies and their innovative products. Brain Navi Biotechnology will present an AI-assisted surgical system enhancing surgical accuracy and patient outcomes. MicroBase Technology Corporation will introduce the LoyalCare Nebulizer System, revolutionizing respiratory care with smart technology. Aplus Biotechnology will demonstrate a 3D-printed guide plate for osteotomy, personalizing orthopedic surgeries. EndoSemio will unveil a wireless endoscope tracheostomy kit, advancing minimally invasive procedures.

Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) is the leading non-profit, semi-governmental trade promotion organization in Taiwan.
