zReports Health Scores 130,000 US Care Facilities With AI Help

San Francisco – September 13, 2026 -- zReports has launched zReports Health, a platform that scores more than 130,000 U.S. healthcare facilities using public inspection records, staffing data and enforcement filings.

The platform targets facilities families rarely research before a major decision

zReports Health covers IVF centers, ambulatory surgery centers, nursing homes, hospice providers, dialysis clinics, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers and behavioral health facilities. The platform compiles federal and state inspection results, deficiency citations, staffing data, enforcement actions and ownership filings into one scored report per facility, called the zScore, built under a published, DOI-registered methodology. Every report lists every source consulted, including categories where no data was found, and cross-checks the official record against public reviews through a review integrity analysis. Each report carries a verification date.

The company states the tool presents the record rather than issuing a recommendation, leaving the decision to the family.
