Asheville – October 29, 2026 -- Deltec Homes has launched 360° Elements, a line of five predesigned hurricane-resistant homes that pair a round living space with rectangular wings, and it is offering up to $30,000 in savings on new home packages for buyers who place a deposit by November 26, 2026.
Round living space, with more traditional rooms attached
Each 360° Elements home is built around an open, light-filled round living area. Vaulted ceilings and windows that follow the curve bring the surrounding landscape indoors. Rectangular wings add rooms and flexibility, so homeowners get more conventional layouts alongside the round core.
The line draws on one of Deltec's most requested custom home styles. Like the best-selling 360° Signature line, it is meant to be a simpler, faster and more cost-effective route to a hurricane-resilient home than a fully custom design.
Five models offer entries, suites and garages
The models are called Mesa, Grove, Summit, Headland and Crest. Their floor plans include options for entries, private suites, extra bedrooms and attached garages. CEO Meg Gore said the round living area "remains at the heart of the home."
The standard shell is designed for 130 mph winds
The standard structural shell is designed for wind speeds up to 130 mph. Upgrades reach up to 190 mph, depending on design and location. Each home combines Deltec's radial structural system in the round space with high-strength materials and strong connections.
Deltec says its round homes have endured direct hits from hurricanes Andrew, Katrina, Michael, Dorian and Ian. Homes built over the last 30 years have a documented 99.9% survival rate. In 2024, Hurricane Helene devastated Asheville, Deltec's hometown, showing that hurricane damage can reach far inland, including mountain communities.
The homes are manufactured in Asheville using Deltec's panelized building system and are designed for energy efficiency as well as strength. 360° Elements is available in all 50 states and the Caribbean.
