Unterföhring -- ProSieben airs "TV total – Das Quiz" on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 8:15 p.m., with Sebastian Pufpaff as quizmaster. The network bills it as the first quiz show for TV nerds. It is also available to stream on Joyn.
Three guests compete on the nipple buzzer
Comedienne Tahnee, comedy newcomer Björn von Morgenstern and presenter Pierre M. Krause play seven rounds at the "Nippelbuzzer" (nipple buzzer). They play for the studio audience.
Rounds range from scathing comments to action painting
In the "Shitshow" round, contestants must work out which TV program is being described using only harsh social-media comments. In "Hör mal, wie das klinkt!" (roughly, "Listen to how that sounds!"), the studio band Klinke Supreme blends well-known TV melodies, and players must identify them.
In "The Joy of Puffi," Pufpaff paints a celebrity on canvas in an action-painting session, and the contestants guess who it is.
One audience member wins a prize in the finale
Only the contestant who proves the most knowledge of the "TV total" universe reaches the final. The top prize is a prize in kind for one person from the studio audience.
Brainpool produces the show.
