SHERIDAN, WYOMING – July 11, 2025 – FIAT is ushering in a new era of communications leadership as Andrea Laura Siro Brigiano takes the helm of Press Communications for the FIAT and Abarth brands, bringing her international flair and luxury brand expertise to the forefront of the automotive world.

With her appointment effective immediately, Andrea Laura Siro Brigiano succeeds Danilo Coglianese, who has been named Responsible for Events Management within the Stellantis Enlarged Europe Region starting July 1st. This dynamic transition underscores FIAT’s commitment to both innovation in communication and strategic brand engagement across Europe.

A fresh voice with global experience

Born in Dallas, Texas, Andrea Laura Siro Brigiano brings a unique global perspective to her new role. Her educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Management and Marketing, a Master’s in Fashion & Luxury Brand Management from the Istituto Marangoni in Milan, and a Certification in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School.

Her career spans more than a decade of leadership across top-tier fashion and lifestyle brands. Starting in 2012 as Worldwide Corporate Communications Assistant Manager at Roberto Cavalli, she went on to hold key positions at Michael Kors, Bottega Veneta, and Cybex. At Cybex, she led Communications and Public Relations, Social Media, and VIP/industry relations at a global level.

Now reporting directly to Olivier Francois, FIAT CEO and Global Stellantis CMO, Siro Brigiano is poised to bring a blend of creativity, strategic insight, and fresh energy to the storied FIAT and Abarth marques.

Celebrating a legacy of leadership

Andrea Laura Siro Brigiano steps into the role following the impressive tenure of Danilo Coglianese, a seasoned communications leader who leaves a legacy of success at FIAT and Abarth.

Born in Naples, Danilo holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s in Marketing and Communication. His career began in 2000 at the BMW Group, where he held a range of marketing and communications roles, both in Italy and at the company’s global headquarters in Germany.

Joining FCA in 2018, he served as EMEA Head of Communications for FIAT and Abarth, before taking on the role of Vice President of Global Communications for both brands within Stellantis. As he transitions into his new position, he will report to Eligio Catarinella, who oversees Regional Marketing Performance & Events within Stellantis Enlarged Europe.
