SHERIDAN, WYOMING – October 11, 2024 – FIAT, in the year of its 125th Anniversary, is a proud partner of “Turin 2024 Capital of Business Culture” and today attended the “Cinema: che impresa!” convention organized by the Turin Industrial Union.
During the conference held at the Heritage Hub in Turin, personalities from the cinema and Stellantis worlds discussed the film industry’s evolution and transformation over the last 125 years.
On the occasion of FIAT’s 125th Anniversary of its founding, FIAT celebrates the intertwined bond with the Piedmontese Capital through the partnership with “Turin Capital of Business Culture 2024,” promoted by the Turin Industrial Union. Within this partnership, FIAT supported the “Cinema: che impresa!” conference at the Heritage Hub. The conference was centered around Industrial Cinema history and reflected on its evolution since the beginning of the twentieth century through images and videos.
Once audiovisual technology was established, FIAT wanted to proudly produce its “homemade” movies and founded its Cinefiat production team to create the Brand’s movies. The aim was to promote the excellence of products by also promoting the operation and the international outlook of the company.
On the 125th anniversary of its founding, FIAT is proud to support the “Turin 2024 Capital of Business Culture” initiatives like the “Cinema: che impresa!” conference to recall its strong connection with the business culture and the Industry Cinema in a city that fully represents both elements.
Among the participants, Stefano Serra, AMMA President - Turin Industrial Union; Elena Testa, Head of the National Archive for Industry Cinema; Giampaolo Letta, President of Unindustria’s Film Impresa Award; Gloria Giorgianni, Anele SRL’s CEO. Furthermore, Roberto Giolito, Head of Stellantis Heritage, and Maurizio Torchio, Director of Centro Storico FIAT represented Stellantis’s world.
