SHERIDAN, WYOMING – October 25, 2024 – The Lancia brand is participating in Chantilly Arts & Élégance Richard Mille 2024, a premier event celebrating automotive beauty, held in the gardens of the Château de Chantilly from September 12 to 15.
The Chantilly Concours d'Élégance is a must-see for car enthusiasts, offering designers and manufacturers a unique opportunity to showcase vintage cars, concepts, and production models. Lancia is showcasing three cars: the New Lancia Ypsilon, Lancia Pu+Ra HPE, and Lancia Stratos.
“Lancia is honored to be taking part in one of the epitomes of automotive elegance and beauty around the world. Long an iconic brand of Italian elegance, there is no way Lancia could have missed out on this major event, only a few weeks after the brand’s return to the country. France is one of the European markets involved in the brand’s internationalization process; by 2025, it will have a distribution network consisting of 25 showrooms, together with 80 after-sales service points,” said Charles Fuster, Head of Marketing and Communication for the Lancia brand.
Lancia Pu+Ra HPE
The Lancia Pu+Ra HPE, the brand's manifesto for the next 10 years, is registered for the Chantilly Concours d'Élégance, highlighting the pairing between fashion and the future of motoring. With its streamlined, efficient, and aerodynamic body, the concept car defines the brand's vision for the next 10 years in terms of range, charging time, and efficiency.
New Lancia Ypsilon
The New Lancia Ypsilon returns to France for the first time since its official presentation to the market in July, with four units available for the first test drives in the country: two with 100% electric motors and two with hybrid engines.
The New Lancia Ypsilon leads the premium B-hatchback segment with its iconic lighting signature, parking assist, dual 10.25” display with a segment-leading surface area, and Level 2 autonomous driving, all as standard.
The first New Lancia Ypsilon units will be delivered to customers in France from the last quarter of 2024. The model will be available in hybrid and 100% electric versions with a comprehensive, versatile, and efficient range, consisting of three trim levels.
Lancia Stratos
A historic icon of the brand, the Lancia Stratos, will also be on display. A "brutal and efficient" racing car created to win and break the mold, it contributed to making Lancia the most successful brand in rallying history.
The iconic round taillights – a source of inspiration for the New Lancia Ypsilon's – together with the aerodynamic wing and the eclectic combination of primary colors in the interior made the Lancia Stratos a futuristic design model that remains contemporary to this day.
