SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Feb. 12, 2025 – Renault Group has announced the appointment of Bruno Laforge as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective April 1st, 2025. Mr. Laforge succeeds François Roger and will join the company's Leadership Team, reporting directly to Luca de Meo, CEO of Renault Group.

A Seasoned HR Leader with Extensive Tech and Automotive Experience

Bruno Laforge, 56, brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources, primarily within the tech-centric sectors of Digital Services Companies, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and notably, the automotive industry. His career has focused on talent and organizational development, making him a recognized expert in skills and business transformation within rapidly evolving technological landscapes.

Laforge's Background Spans Diverse Industries

Mr. Laforge's career includes experience in the energy sector as Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. He then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, spending 12 years at Sanofi. During his tenure at Sanofi, he held various senior HR positions, including VP HR in R&D, SVP HR of the Vaccines BU, SVP Europe, and finally, SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer & CSR. Prior to joining Renault Group, Mr. Laforge served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Capgemini, where he led the company's transformation efforts since early 2023.
