SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Jan. 22, 2025 – Renault Group has announced the appointment of Duncan Minto as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 1, 2025. Minto, who currently serves as the CFO of Alpine, will succeed Thierry Piéton, who is leaving the company to pursue a new professional opportunity.

Minto to Lead Financial Operations Amidst Renault Group's Transformation

Duncan Minto brings over 25 years of experience in finance and a deep understanding of the automotive industry to his new role. As CFO, he will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Renault Group, including accounting, treasury, and investor relations. He will report directly to Luca de Meo, CEO of Renault Group, and will be a key member of the Leadership Team.

De Meo expressed confidence in Minto's ability to drive the company's financial strategy forward, stating, "Thanks to his 25 years’ experience in finance and his extensive knowledge of the Group, and the automotive industry, Duncan will be fully primed to continue and even accelerate the actions already underway. Piéton's Departure Marks End of Nine-Year Tenure

Thierry Piéton, the outgoing CFO, has been with Renault Group for nine years and has played a significant role in the company's strategic development and operational turnaround.
