SHERIDAN, WYOMING – April 8, 2025 - Bringing Suppliers to the Heart of Heritage and Innovation
Stellantis recently hosted its largest-ever European Supplier Convention at the historic Heritage Hub on the Mirafiori Campus in Turin, Italy, reinforcing its strong ties with supply chain partners and unveiling bold plans for growth.
The event brought together approximately 450 representatives from top supplier partners and key industry associations, alongside more than 150 Stellantis Europe and global executives. Set against the backdrop of a century-long legacy in automotive manufacturing, the convention highlighted Stellantis’ enduring commitment to collaboration and innovation.
Focusing on the Future While Honoring the Past
Hosted by Maxime Picat, Chief Purchasing and Supplier Quality Officer, and Jean-Philippe Imparato, Enlarged Europe Chief Operating Officer, the event served as a strategic milestone for reconnecting with supplier partners. The company showcased its deep-rooted heritage with vehicle displays that celebrated more than 100 years of production excellence, while also previewing an ambitious lineup of upcoming models.
“At Stellantis, we believe that our success is built on the strength of our partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders. By working collaboratively, we can develop and launch innovative products that meet our customers' desires for quality and affordability,” said Maxime Picat in his opening remarks.
Unveiling a Roadmap for Growth in Europe
With over 14 major product launches planned between 2024 and 2025, Stellantis presented a compelling vision for the future of its European operations. Executives emphasized a newly structured European organization—one that is faster, more agile, and focused on delivering performance and customer value.
“Against an uncertain backdrop for the automotive industry, and the European industry in particular, Stellantis has put in place an ambitious action plan to build its success in 2025 and beyond,” stated Jean-Philippe Imparato. “The plan includes a simplified, more agile and more efficient organization, a product plan that includes no fewer than 14 major new products between 2024 and 2025 in Europe, and a determination to join forces by reconnecting with all its partners - including suppliers - to help secure the future of a strategic sector.”
Driving Forward with Innovation and Collaboration
Attendees had hands-on experiences with Stellantis’ newest vehicles, highlighting the multi-energy platforms that earned 50 major awards across key European markets in 2024. The convention also emphasized Stellantis’ focus on software innovation and top-tier quality, positioning these areas as critical pillars in its mission to become the industry leader in customer satisfaction.
This commitment to innovation was paired with a clear message: suppliers are integral to achieving Stellantis' ambitious goals. Their partnership is essential in delivering the kind of customer experience that defines the future of mobility.
Celebrating Milestones, Accelerating Momentum
The convention’s energy reflected recent momentum—February marked Stellantis’ best market share performance in 12 months, signaling early gains from its supplier-focused strategy and product pipeline.
A Stronger, Smarter Stellantis in Europe
As Stellantis pushes ahead with its Dare Forward 2030 strategy, aiming to become a carbon net zero mobility tech company by 2038, supplier collaboration remains central to its roadmap. The 2025 European Supplier Convention was more than just a corporate gathering—it was a clear statement of intent, celebrating legacy while mobilizing partnerships to deliver on bold promises.
