Stellantis has reaffirmed its strong position, particularly in the commercial vehicle (CV) segment and its growing presence in the battery electric vehicle (BEV) market.
Stellantis Maintains Strong Overall Market Position
In the total EU29 market, Stellantis has confirmed its second position among OEMs, maintaining the same market share recorded in the 2024 final report (17.1%). The company holds leadership positions in France, Italy, and Portugal, and a strong second place in Germany, Spain, and the UK. This consistent performance underscores Stellantis's strength across key European markets.
Commercial Vehicle Dominance Continues with Stellantis Pro One
Stellantis continues its undisputed supremacy in the commercial vehicle (CV) segment, achieving a market share of 29.5%, up from 29.1% at the end of 2024. Stellantis Pro One leads in 9 out of the G10* countries (Austria, Belux, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, UK), solidifying its dominance in this crucial segment. Peugeot's strong performance also places it on the podium of the best-selling brands overall. This remarkable achievement highlights the strength and appeal of Stellantis Pro One's offerings.
Growth in the BEV Market and Leadership in Electric CVs
Stellantis is making significant strides in the electric vehicle (BEV) market, increasing its share to nearly 13% and securing the second position in the overall ranking. The company leads in France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, showcasing its growing influence in the rapidly expanding EV sector. Furthermore, Stellantis dominates the electric CV segment with an impressive 31% market share, demonstrating its commitment to electric mobility across all vehicle types. The FIAT 500e leads the A segment BEV in Italy and is even the best-selling BEV passenger car in Germany, highlighting the success of Stellantis's electric models. In Italy, the FIAT Panda continues its record-breaking performance, the Jeep® Avenger confirms its position as the best-selling B-SUV, and the FIAT 500e leads the A segment BEV. These model achievements reflect the diverse and competitive product portfolio offered by Stellantis. In the combined CV and PC market, Stellantis confirms its second position among European OEMs in January, maintaining its 17.1% market share from the end of 2024. The company retains its leadership in France, Italy, and Portugal, and a strong second place in Germany, Spain, and the UK. The Citroën C3, with over 90,000 orders, and the Peugeot 3008, with 100,000 orders, are performing exceptionally well in their respective segments.
