Karma's Eximius 1: A 1,200hp Four-Seat Track Car

Karma's Eximius 1: A 1,200hp Four-Seat Track Car

LAS VEGAS – October 31, 2026 -- Karma Automotive has unveiled "Eximius 1," a one-of-one four-seat track car with nearly 1,200hp, at the 2026 Concours at Wynn Las Vegas. It is the first build from the new Eximius bespoke program, and delivery to its so-far-unnamed client is planned for 2027.

Eximius lets clients rework body, performance and powertrain

Karma builds vehicles in the hundreds rather than the thousands. Eximius goes beyond the company's Studio personalization program. Clients can modify a vehicle's body, performance and powertrain while working with Karma's design and engineering teams. The result is a car that will never be repeated. Karma says "Eximius 1" began with a client who loves their Karma Revero but wanted something more extreme. The car is still in development with that client.

A 6.2-liter V8 hybrid delivers 0-60mph in 2.7 seconds

The car will carry a Plug-in Series Hybrid powertrain built around a 6.2-liter V8. It produces nearly 1,200hp: 550hp from the combustion engine and 645hp from the battery. Karma quotes 0-60mph in 2.7 seconds and an estimated top speed above 200mph. Carbon-ceramic brakes, two-piece slotted rotors and Ohlins semi-active suspension are fitted.

Karma President and CEO Marques McCammon said the Eximius program "effectively deletes the word 'no'" from conversations about what is possible.

Carbon fiber panels and 21-inch magnesium wheels define the exterior

Every panel except the outer body surface is pre-impregnated carbon fiber. Wheel arch extensions make the car 50mm wider. The front doors and hood fade from glossy, exposed carbon fiber into Borealis Blue paint.

The front carbon splitter sits between large side air intakes. These house Karma's Target Acquisition Lighting, rotated 45 degrees to form a '><' daytime-running-light graphic. The hood carries the Comet Line, inspired by Halley's Comet. Vents above the front fenders release air pressure from the wheel housings. Behind the front wheels, Karma's "Backslash" bears the number 5, which has particular significance to the client.

The 21-inch magnesium wheels have center-locks and a satin black finish, which reduces rotating and unsprung mass. Twin exhaust tips sit behind the driver's side front wheel. At the rear, a full-width GT wing and a diffuser manage downforce and underbody airflow, and the '><' light graphic repeats.

Recaro buckets and billet pedals fill the cabin

Blue-tinted carbon fiber covers the seats, flat-bottom steering wheel and doors. All four doors are exposed carbon fiber, each with a single arm pad. The front seats are Recaro carbon-fiber buckets trimmed in blue Alcantara and blue Italian leather, with Moondust Alcantara upper sections. The accelerator, brake pedal and dead pedal are billet machined aluminum.

The instrument panel is glossy carbon fiber with anodized billet aluminum HVAC vents. The center console holds only the PRND selector, window switches, key fob holder and an emergency kill switch. It extends into the rear compartment, where a strap matching the blue seat belts holds the client's custom-fitted carbon fiber racing helmet in place.
