Bluerock Credit Fund Pays 8.1% Rate in 17th Straight Quarter

New York – October 15, 2026 -- Shareholders who held Bluerock High Income Institutional Credit Fund shares for the entire third quarter will receive about $0.45 per share, an 8.1% current annualized distribution rate. It is the fund's seventeenth consecutive regular quarterly distribution.

The fund has paid about $10.67 per share since June 2022

Since its inception on June 21, 2022, the fund has distributed roughly $10.67 per share in total. The 8.1% rate is the Q3 2026 distribution annualized and divided by net asset value as of Sept. 30, 2026. The fund estimates, under US GAAP, that none of the latest distribution came from return of capital. Quarterly payouts are not fixed and vary with the performance of the underlying holdings.

The portfolio spans 104 CLOs and more than 1,350 loans

As of Sept. 30, 2026, the fund held positions in 104 collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). They represent about $48.7 billion in underlying loan value and over 1,350 senior secured loans. Net assets stood at roughly $168 million. The fund keeps increased allocations to debt positions within the CLO capital structure. It is also watching a credit theme called "HALO" (heavy asset, low obsolescence), which favors real estate credit backed by long-lived physical assets resistant to technological disruption.

Fee caps run through January 2027, and liquidity is limited

Total annual operating expense ratios before waivers are 3.81% for Class A, 4.61% for Class C and 3.66% for Class I shares. The adviser has contractually agreed to cap net expenses at 2.10%, 2.85% and 1.85% respectively, at least until Jan. 31, 2027. Those reimbursements are subject to possible recoupment. Class A and C shares require a minimum investment of $2,500, or $1,000 for retirement plans.

The fund is a closed-end interval fund with no secondary market expected. Liquidity comes only through quarterly repurchase offers of no less than 5% of outstanding shares at net asset value. The fund is not FDIC insured and may lose value.
