Bybit Opens 1,000+ U.S. Stocks and ETFs to Global Users

Dubai – October 12, 2026 -- Eligible Bybit users can now buy and sell more than 1,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs with USDC and no trading commissions. The list includes Apple (AAPL), NVIDIA (NVDA), Tesla (TSLA), Micron Technology (MU) and the Invesco QQQ ETF (QQQ).

Access depends on jurisdiction. Users must be in a permitted jurisdiction and complete the required KYC verification. Bybit says it serves more than 80 million users worldwide.

Real shares, not derivatives, are what users buy

Bybit says the product gives eligible users an economic interest in the underlying securities they purchase, unlike price derivatives or synthetic instruments. Orders run through Bybit's regulated brokerage infrastructure and are executed by Alpaca, a U.S. self-clearing broker-dealer. Alpaca also holds the underlying securities in custody.

Trading runs 24/5 with fractional shares on offer

Key features at launch:

  • Fractional shares for eligible securities
  • Stock purchases funded with USDC directly from a Bybit account
  • Crypto and equity positions managed within the Bybit ecosystem
  • 24/5 trading across U.S. pre-market, regular and after-hours sessions, subject to product availability
  • Zero commission on eligible stock purchases and sales
Dividends arrive in USDC or as extra shares

Holders can receive cash and stock dividends, subject to the applicable security and corporate-action terms. Cash dividends are converted from USD into USDC and credited to the user's Unified Trading Account (UTA). Stock dividends appear directly in the user's position, and stock splits are reflected in holdings according to the corporate action. Voting rights are planned for a future phase.

Stocks join an existing multi-asset lineup

Bybit already offers crypto spot and derivatives trading. It also offers access to traditional markets through its MT5 platform, tokenized equities and TradFi perpetuals.

Bybit co-founder and CEO Ben Zhou said the move gives people broader access to financial markets. Alpaca CEO Yoshi Yokokawa called it a step toward a more complete multi-asset experience for Bybit's global users.

The service is provided by Infra Capital Limited, an introducing broker regulated by the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius. Alpaca Securities LLC handles U.S. clearing, settlement and custody. Some corporate actions may be restricted for now, and capital is at risk.
