Dr. Phil's $67.5M Compound Tops October's Celebrity Home Deals

Pompano Beach – October 30, 2026 -- Dr. Phil McGraw's $67.5 million compound in the Beverly Hills area leads October's celebrity real estate news. Listings from Dolly Parton, Halle Berry and Jelly Roll round out the month, as do sales by Aaron Paul and Simone Biles.

Dr. Phil and Prince's former rental carry the biggest price tags

Dr. Phil and Robin McGraw listed their 16,079-square-foot, eight-bedroom home on 2.76 acres for $67.5 million. They paid $29.8 million in 2010 and finished the compound in 2011, with space for staff and guests, a large pool, a clay sports court and views of the LA skyline.

A Beverly Park home where Prince rented in 2008 is now $54.5 million, down $13.5 million from its early-2026 launch price of $68 million. The 27,000-square-foot Tuscan-style house has 15 bathrooms, a wine cellar, a cinema, a gym and parking for more than fifty cars.

Parton, Berry, Keaton and Jelly Roll list their homes

Dolly Parton's Hollywood Hills home, which she and husband Carl Dean bought in 1985 for $750,000, is listed at $7.95 million. The 4,700-square-foot house has glass walls framing views of the Pacific Ocean and Los Angeles. It is the first time the property has been on the market in 25 years.

Diane Keaton paid $6.6 million in 2021 for a circa-1976 Laguna Beach house, restored it and sold it for $7.9 million the next year. The nearly 2,700-square-foot, four-bedroom ocean-view home is now listed at $10.3 million.

Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO's Nashville-area mansion is listed at $6.999 million after their divorce. It covers 7,674 square feet with five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef's kitchen and a media den overlooking the home's car showroom.

Biles sells in six days while Paul and Hope's UFO house take longer

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens sold their temporary suburban Houston home in six days. It was listed at $1.275 million and has 3,998 square feet, four bedrooms, a media room, a study and a custom wine wall. The couple lived there for three years while their dream home was built, and they now live in the finished house.

Aaron Paul's Seyler House beneath Griffith Park sold for $7.5 million, more than a year after it was listed at $10 million. The 4,026-square-foot home has four bedrooms, an amphitheater, a pool, a cold plunge and a koi pond. Paul, his wife Lauren Parsekian and their children moved to Paris after the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires.

Bob Hope's concrete UFO house sold for $13 million. It was first listed in 2013 at $50 million, and a cut to $25 million finally drew a buyer.
