Berlin – September 15, 2026 -- EcoFlow collected nine industry awards at IFA 2026 in Berlin, with its STREAM home battery system, PowerRock 4000 portable power station and RIVER Gen4 power stations all recognized by European and international tech publications.
STREAM home battery system earns six separate honors
The STREAM platform received Best in Show awards from TechRadar, T3 and The Ambient, plus recognition from ComputerBILD's Messe-Highlight 2026, the home&smart Innovation Award 2026, and CHIP.de's IFA Highlights Award specifically for the STREAM AC 5000 model.
STREAM combines battery storage with energy management software, letting households store and manage electricity from renewable sources. The STREAM AC 5000 is built to handle higher input power and requires installation by a qualified electrician. Starting in October, the series will gain a Local Mode, allowing the system to keep running and be controlled via app without an internet connection.
PowerRock 4000 targets construction sites and film sets
Launched at IFA 2026, the PowerRock 4000 won Best in Show from Reliable Reviews and a ReviewedAward at the IFA Awards. The industrial portable power station delivers 4 kW of continuous power and up to 7.2 kW of peak power for 100 seconds, with built-in RCD protection for compliance-critical worksites. It carries an IP65 rating and can withstand a 1-meter drop, targeting construction, events, film production and emergency response use.
RIVER Gen4 wins Mashable's Best New Tech Product award
The RIVER Gen4 lineup, also launched at IFA 2026, took Mashable's Best New Tech Product award. The RIVER 260 Gen4 offers 256 Wh of capacity and 300 W of output, while the RIVER 520 Gen4 provides 512 Wh and 500 W. Both models support X-Boost, fast charging and UPS switching in under 10 milliseconds, aimed at outdoor use and emergency backup power.
