FASTer Way's New AI Guide Lumi Logs Your Meals in Seconds

Clearwater – October 28, 2026 -- FASTer Way's reimagined app now includes Lumi, an AI guide that logs a meal from a photo or a short description, with the average meal taking less than 30 seconds.

Lumi turns a snapshot into a logged meal

A member photographs their plate or summarizes what they ate. Lumi identifies the food, calculates the macros and logs the meal automatically, with no searching or manual entry.

Members also share their dietary preferences. Lumi then creates recipes and ready-to-use shopping lists designed to hit their macro targets.

Lumi learns from every meal, workout and glass of water

The AI draws on everything a member logs, including meals, workouts, daily steps and water intake. It uses that data to suggest workouts, recommend meals and track progress in real time.

FASTer Way describes two scenarios. After a morning strength session, a member photographs their lunch. Lumi knows their macro goals and dietary restrictions, so it suggests an afternoon snack and a dinner recipe to land on target for protein, fat and carbs. In the second, a working parent types one sentence about lunch, and Lumi recognizes the ingredients, estimates portions and logs the macros.

Over 3,700 coaches stay at the center of the program

FASTer Way's coaches have guided more than 585,000 members. The company says Lumi is meant to clear away busywork so more of each coach's attention goes to members.

Founder and CEO Amanda Tress called Lumi the most advanced technology the company has put in members' hands, but said "nothing replaces" coaches.
