Berlin – September 09, 2026 -- Hisense is showcasing its AI Companion Suite at IFA 2026 in Berlin, demonstrating how connected appliances can handle everyday tasks from meal planning to laundry sorting with minimal user input.
The kitchen responds to a single question about what to cook
Asking "What should I make?" triggers the AI Companion Refrigerator to scan stored ingredients and suggest recipes based on personal preferences. Selecting a dish syncs the AI Companion Oven for automatic cooking, while the AI Companion Wine Cabinet recommends pairings and adjusts storage conditions. The AI Companion Dishwasher then reads dish conditions afterward and adjusts its cleaning cycle accordingly.
Laundry becomes a load-and-go process
The AI Companion Laundry Suite identifies clothing characteristics to automatically select wash and dry cycles, removing manual setting adjustments from the routine.
Living spaces adjust to occupants and energy prices
The AI Companion Air Conditioner senses indoor conditions and tracks user presence, changing airflow as people move around a room. The AI Companion Energy System factors in weather and time-of-use electricity pricing to optimize household energy consumption.
Alexa+ will soon control select Hisense air conditioners by voice
Hisense, working through its ConnectLife platform, is among the first appliance brands integrating with Amazon's Alexa+ AI assistant via the new Smart Home AI Toolkit. In the coming months, Alexa+ customers will be able to describe what they need aloud, and the assistant will map the request, adjust settings, and complete the action on select Hisense air conditioners.
Several Hisense products picked up IFA awards
The Multi Function II Series, an all-in-one energy-saving HVAC solution, received a Winner Award, while the X-zone Master was named an Honoree. The U8 Air Master Air Conditioner, W60 3D Kitchen-fit Series and 60cm Integrated Wine Cabinet also received recognition at the show.
V AIOS underpins the entire device network
Hisense's V AIOS framework gives devices the capacity to sense conditions, determine next steps, communicate across other devices, and execute tasks autonomously, coordinating the kitchen, laundry and living-space appliances shown at IFA into a single responsive system.
