NEW YORK – October 12, 2026 -- Costco members can now buy Hohem's iSteady M7 AI tracking smartphone gimbal on Costco.com for $199.99, a member-only price that undercuts the $299 U.S. MSRP by $100.
The listing is Hohem's first entry into U.S. membership retail. Hohem CEO Chen Min said the company wants filming tools to be "accessible to more people," pointing to family moments, travel footage and content creation as target uses.
The tracker works inside your regular camera app
The M7's on-device AI tracker follows people, pets and other subjects while you shoot with your phone's native camera or a livestreaming app. No dedicated tracking app is required.
A detachable 1.4-inch touchscreen doubles as a remote
The screen shows a live view from the AI tracker. You can pick a subject by tapping or dragging, and you can control the gimbal remotely. That makes it easier to film yourself or step into the shot.
A built-in extension pole opens up high and low angles
The pole lets you film above a crowd or from a pet's-eye view.
Three-axis stabilization handles walking shots
The iSteady 9.0 system uses three-axis stabilization to reduce shake while you walk or film on the move. A 360° infinite pan rotation gives more freedom for tracking shots and camera movements.
The gimbal carries up to 500g of phone and gear
The 500g payload capacity and accessory mounting options accommodate compatible smartphones plus extras such as microphones, phone lenses and fill lights. Hohem lists use cases from family celebrations and trips to travel vlogs, product demos and livestreams.
Shoppers can find the gimbal on Costco.com under Costco Item 2091049.
