Xiaomi Celebrates the Art of Emotion Through the Lens of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – October 15, 2025 – In Madrid, Xiaomi turned photography into a deeply human experience. Over three days, from April 27 to 29, the brand’s Xiaomi Master Experience merged art, emotion, and cutting-edge mobile photography, proving that technology can be just as much about feeling as it is about function.

A Marathon of Motion and Emotion
The event began with the Zurich Rock 'n' Roll Running Series in Madrid, where Xiaomi’s citywide displays and marathon sponsorship reached more than 45,000 runners and two million spectators. Using the Xiaomi 15 Series, world-renowned photographers captured the intense mix of exhaustion, joy, and triumph that defines the finish line. The resulting photos weren’t just about the sport—they told stories of human determination and connection, frozen in time through a smartphone lens.

Taste of Emotions: When Food Meets Photography
On the second day, the experience moved from the streets to the senses. Humanity: Taste of Emotions combined high-end gastronomy with artistic storytelling. Guests were guided through intimate exhibitions where each photograph, shot with the Xiaomi 15 Series, expressed feelings like euphoria, surprise, or love. Every emotion-inspired image was paired with a culinary creation designed to match its mood—transforming photography into a multisensory journey.

It wasn’t just an exhibition—it was an invitation to see, feel, and even taste emotion itself. Xiaomi Creators and photography masters then led a photo walk through Madrid, revealing how the Xiaomi 15 Ultra could transform ordinary moments into works of art.

Humanity in Focus: Conversations That Inspire
The final day, Humanity: Emotions in Focus, gathered global photography icons for dialogue and creative exchange. Led by award-winning documentary photographer Jonas Bendiksen and Alessia Glaviano, founder of PhotoVogue, the event highlighted personal storytelling and cross-cultural perspectives. Together with creators like Shane Taylor, Navaneeth Unnikrishnan, and Kevin V. Ton, participants explored how visual storytelling continues to shape our understanding of humanity.

For the first time, PhotoVogue partnered with Xiaomi, unveiling new photo series exploring humanity’s bond with nature—shot entirely on the Xiaomi 15 Series. The collaboration also launched Xiaomi Master Cross-Talk, a new global platform designed to foster ongoing creative dialogue among elite photographers.

Technology Meets Humanity: The Power of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra
At the heart of the event was the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, equipped with the Leica Summilux optical lens and an advanced quad-camera system. The device impressed professionals for its ability to capture cinematic depth, color, and detail usually reserved for dedicated cameras.

Images presented by master photographers like Jonas Bendiksen, Andy Cao, and Claudia Revidat showcased powerful human stories—from cultural rituals at sunset to vibrant festivals glowing with emotion. These photos, captured on a smartphone, blurred the line between professional equipment and pocket-sized creativity.

Why It Matters
While many smartphone launches focus on megapixels and features, Xiaomi’s Madrid showcase stood out for something deeper—its emotional storytelling. It wasn’t about specs; it was about what those specs make possible: empathy, art, and human connection.

By bridging cutting-edge imaging technology with artistic expression, Xiaomi continues to redefine how people use smartphones—not just to document life, but to feel it more vividly. Learn more at www.mi.com.
