Berlin – September 08, 2026 -- TCL showcased its "AI Inspired Life" vision at IFA 2026 in Berlin, presenting a lineup of connected screens, appliances and smart-home devices designed to work together rather than in isolation.
The TCL X11L Mini LED TV headlines a new flagship display lineup
The TCL X11L SQD-Mini LED television combines Super Mini LED backlighting, a Super QLED layer and a WHVA 2.0 Ultra panel to deliver up to 20,736 dimming zones, 10,000 nits of HDR brightness and up to 100% coverage of the BT.2020 color space, paired with Bang & Olufsen audio. TCL also debuted the X3A OLED+ gaming monitor with dual-mode ultra-high refresh rates, a TMN digital signage line, and the Q95K soundbar with an 11.1.4 audio architecture tuned with Bang & Olufsen.
Gemini for Google TV has expanded to additional European markets including the UK, France, Italy and Spain, adding conversational AI-driven content discovery to TCL televisions.
New TCL P80 phones bring a periscope zoom and eye-comfort display tech
The TCL P80 Ultra smartphone, shown for the first time at IFA 2026, pairs a 50-megapixel periscopic telephoto lens with 3x zoom and a 1.5K display reaching up to 3,200 nits. Both the P80 Ultra and P80 Pro include a new generation of TCL's NXTPAPER technology for reduced eye strain, while the TAB A1 Plus NXTPAPER brings the same paper-like effect to a 12.2-inch tablet. TCL also displayed RayNeo GT Max AR and RayNeo iO smart glasses, plus the TCL Tbot children's smartwatch, now built as an interactive desktop companion.
TCL says its FreshIN 3.0 Ultra AC cuts energy use by up to 37%
The FreshIN 3.0 Ultra air conditioner uses an AI model to adjust compressor frequency for higher efficiency, alongside hands-free Smart Voice Control and real-time air-quality tracking. The AI SuperDrum Laundry Tower P9 Ultra applies Generative AI Wash to automatically set water levels, temperature, detergent dosing and cycle length based on load size, fabric type and soil level, followed by low-temperature drying via a triple-inverter heat pump.
Smart locks and a home concept aim to make AI in the house less visible
The K11D Pro Dual-Screen AI smart lock adds AI-based visitor tracking and remote unlocking, while the D2 Pro Matter Palm Vein lock offers touchless, vein-recognition entry. TCL's updated NXTHOME concept, developed with Bang & Olufsen, Roche Bobois, Castelli Milano 1938, Chris Lefteri Design and WGSN, integrates displays, appliances and interior design into a single living environment. The AiMe robotic companion and a SunPower Origin Back Contact solar panel round out the home lineup.
TCL ties its Berlin exhibit to the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup
As a FIBA Global Partner, TCL built basketball-themed fan activities into its Inspiration Habitat exhibit, coinciding with the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 held in Berlin alongside IFA. The TCL exhibit runs through September 8 in Hall 21A at Messe Berlin.
