TickTalk Radio Gives Kids Ad-Free, Parent-Approved Music

TickTalk Radio Gives Kids Ad-Free, Parent-Approved Music

United States – October 15, 2026 -- TickTalk Radio, a closed music service for kids' smartwatches, costs $4.99 a month as an add-on. It is included in the TickTalk Wireless Premium plan and runs on the new $169.99 TickTalk 6.

The service has no ads, no algorithmic social feeds and no open search. Parents approve what their children can hear.

Three age tiers sort the stations by development stage

Working with Feed.fm, TickTalk split its parent-approved stations into Junior (ages 3–5), Explorer (ages 6–9) and Tween (ages 9–12). Content moderation filters for language and for thematic maturity, so it goes beyond standard clean/explicit labels. New content is added regularly.

The catalog combines licensed major-label music with science-backed wellness tracks. The wellness tracks are aimed at routines around calm, focus, sleep and mindfulness.

Parents set limits from the redesigned app

In the redesigned TickTalk Parent App, parents can preview any station and switch individual channels on or off. They can also set daily listening limits and adjust access as a child grows.

Focus Mode restricts audio to Wellness Stations during homework or bedtime hours.

TickTalk CEO Ying Gong said the service aims to give kids music access without opening the door to unrestricted streaming platforms.

Built for the TickTalk 6 and its eSIM

TickTalk Radio runs alongside the TickTalk 6 feature set. That includes FaceTalk video calling, Real SMS, TickTalkie walkie-talkie communication, AI SmartPin location tracking, global eSIM connectivity and free T-Cloud data migration. Built-in eSIM activation and optional global travel connectivity keep wellness streaming available when families travel.

TickTalk positions the service against Spotify Kids, YouTube Kids and the iHeartRadio Family app, saying it was built for kids' devices from the ground up rather than adapted from general-audience services. Music availability is subject to licensing and territory.

TickTalk 6 is on sale at several retailers

The TickTalk 6 is in stock at myticktalk.com and Walmart. It is now rolling out on Amazon, with Best Buy coming soon.

Members of the press can request access to stream TickTalk Radio through password-protected web pages with embedded players. The pages cover the Junior, Explorer and Tween tiers and the wellness programming, and no device is needed.
