Mölln – October 27, 2026 -- Feelgood Reisen is offering a ten-day winter trip to eastern Finland's Lake Saimaa from 1,450 euros per person, with the ferry crossing and your own car's transport included. Departures run from February to mid-April 2027 and are bookable now.
The trip is aimed at couples and solo travelers who want active outdoor time as well as relaxed sauna sessions. Lake Saimaa is Finland's largest lake, and in winter a groomed ice-skating track leads across its frozen surface.
The price covers the ferry and your car
Travel includes the Finnlines ferry crossing from Travemünde to Helsinki and back, with your own car on board. You sleep in outside cabins during the crossing. From Helsinki, the resort on Lake Saimaa is about 300 kilometers away.
Your own car keeps day trips flexible
With a car on site, you can plan excursions as you like, for example to the medieval fortress of Savonlinna or the town of Puumala. According to the organizer, winter roads are usually well cleared and regular winter tires are sufficient.
On the return journey, a stopover is planned in Porvoo, whose picturesque wooden houses are part of UNESCO World Heritage.
Five nights in a hotel-standard holiday home
The package includes five nights in a fully equipped holiday home with hotel standard. Breakfast, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are covered.
On site, winter activities include cross-country ski trails, guided snowshoe hikes and an "ice sauna" built from blocks of ice. An optional upgrade to a lakeside panorama villa adds a private sauna and a private outdoor pool.
