The study, titled "Integration Engine Hospitality Industry," the second part of which will be presented on March 11, 2025, shows that the hospitality industry can offer employment opportunities to nearly three million young people up to the age of 34.

"The hospitality world is an opportunity for every fifth young adult, or nearly three million unskilled individuals up to the age of 34," states the DZG press release. The study emphasizes the potential of the hospitality industry to provide entry into the labor market for young adults with low qualifications.
Key Findings of the Study
The "Integration Engine Hospitality Industry" study examines the ways in which the hospitality industry can provide meaningful employment opportunities to young people without sufficient qualifications. The study stresses that these individuals do not constitute a fringe group and that their integration into the labor market can benefit both the economy and social systems.
