The ring analyzes vascular trends after calibration with blood pressure readings
Gen 3's headline feature tracks changes in vascular strain over time. Once calibrated against externally measured blood pressure values, the ring's sensors monitor how vascular strain shifts across days and weeks. RingConn notes the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease and does not replace medical advice.
Beyond vascular tracking, the ring continuously monitors heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, sleep, activity, and stress. It also offers insights into sleep breathing and includes features aimed at women's health. An accompanying app compiles the data to make longer-term trends easier to follow.
The ring weighs as little as 2.5 grams and lasts up to 14 days on a charge
Depending on size and finish, Gen 3 weighs between 2.5 and 3.5 grams. It includes a vibration alert for silent notifications, such as low battery warnings or prompts after extended inactivity. Battery life reaches up to 14 days under standard use.
The ring is IP68 water-resistant and available in ten sizes, from 6 to 15. It comes in five finishes: Future Silver, Royal Gold, Matte Black, Brushed Silver, and Brushed Rose Gold.
