Acer's New Googlebook 14 Syncs Android Phones With Gemini AI

Taipei – September 21, 2026 -- Acer has unveiled the Googlebook 14, a convertible laptop built around Google's Gemini Intelligence and designed to sync directly with Android phones, with North American pricing starting at $899.

The laptop lets phone tasks jump straight to the screen

A feature called "Continue On" allows tasks started on an Android phone to pick up seamlessly on the Googlebook 14, while "Cast My Apps" brings phone apps onto the laptop display without requiring any installation. Proactive suggestions offer context-aware help based on what's currently on screen.

Intel's newest chip powers the AI features

The device runs on up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor 355, which includes a neural processing unit delivering up to 50 TOPS. It pairs with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of PCIe Gen4 NVMe storage, with a battery rated for up to 16 hours.

Acer Unveils Tiny Desktop That Runs AI Like a Supercomputer

Berlin – September 07, 2026 -- Acer has revealed the Acer SFF RTX Spark, a compact desktop design built to run advanced AI agents directly on a user's machine rather than in the cloud. The company showed off the design at its next@Acer global press conference during IFA 2026 on September 2.

The desktop packs supercomputer-level power into a small-form-factor case.

Powered by NVIDIA's RTX Spark superchip, the machine is built to deliver up to 1 petaflop of AI compute alongside up to 128 GB of high-speed unified memory. Under the hood, it can include up to a 6,144-core Blackwell RTX GPU paired with up to a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU.
