Hagerstown's International Film Festival Marks 14th Year With 100+ Films Across Six Downtown Venues
SHERIDAN, WYOMING – April 14, 2026 – The Maryland International Film Festival-Hagerstown completed its 14th annual edition this spring, bringing more than 100 films to six venues in Downtown Hagerstown across four days of independent and international cinema. Running from March 26 through March 29, 2026, the festival drew filmmakers, producers, and general audiences to the city's Arts and Entertainment District, with all screening locations within walking distance of one another. Recognized on Movie Magazine's "Top 50 film festivals worth the entry fee" list, MDIFF has developed into a respected platform for independent film over more than a decade of programming. For audiences and industry attendees alike, its compact downtown setup and broad international film selection make it one of the more accessible regional festivals in the mid-Atlantic.
