Topgolf Turns Georgia's Sanford Stadium Into a Golf Playground This Fall

Dallas – September 17, 2026 -- Topgolf is transforming Dooley Field at the University of Georgia's Sanford Stadium in Athens into a live golf and hospitality zone for six days, October 20-25, during the football team's bye week.

Up to 22 hitting bays will fill the West End Zone

Fans can take aim at interactive targets and compete for prizes on the field itself, marking the first time golf and on-field VIP access have combined during a bye week at the stadium.

The stadium plaza becomes a watch-party hub called Fanfest Central

Ticketed guests can grab food and drinks while watching football games on the stadium's videoboard from the plaza beneath the scoreboard.

Fans get simulator access inside the football recruiting lounge

Guests will be able to watch games and hit golf balls on simulators inside the recruiting lounge, an area normally reserved for prospective players.
